Installation bricht mit Zertifikatsfehler ab

Enabling the Inclusion List

Enable the inclusion list for a zone when you want end users to be presented with the option of installing and running any
Office solution that comes from that zone.
To enable the inclusion list by using the registry editor
1. Open the registry editor:
a. Click Start, and then click Run.
b. In the Open box, type regedt32.exe, and then click OK.

2. Find the following registry key:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\.NETFramework\Security\TrustManager\PromptingLevel
If the key does not exist, create it.

3. Add the following subkeys as String Value, if they do not already exist, with the associated values.
String Value subkey Value

Internet Disabled
UntrustedSites Disabled
MyComputer Disabled
LocalIntranet Disabled
TrustedSites Disabled

By default, Internet has the value AuthenticodeRequired and UntrustedSites has the value Disabled.

MyComputer Enabled -> dies habe ich geändert.
Hinweis: Bei meinem 2. PC hat komplett der Teil "TrustManager\PromptingLevel" gefehlt. Somit ist auch geklärt warum es dort ging.

Bei der Installation V 1.90 (1.88 - war installiert) bricht die Installation beim Schritt Microsoft Office-Anpassungs-Installer ab. Dialogfenster von Office mit Zustimmung der Installation des Add-In.
Eine Installation auf einem anderen PC bringt den Fehler nicht.
Umgebung beider PC's: Windows 10 (aktuelle Patch), Office Professional Plus 2016 -de.
Hinweise:

• Auf dem PC lief schon cfos (wollte jetzt ein Update durchführen).
  
• Ich habe Office repariert (über APP&Features)
  
• Alte Version 1.88 deinstalliert
  
• Installation per Adminrechte (als Admin ausführen) schlug ebenfalls fehl
  
• Fehler tritt jetzt auch mit alter Version 1.88 auf wenn diese installiert wird
  

Ein Tipp od. Lösungsvorschlag wäre super und ich sage jetzt schon Danke.
