Those users working with Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) should follow this steps when installing cFosSpeed:
0. uninstall cFosSpeed (only if it is installed)
1. uninstall KIS
2. reboot the system
3. install cFosSpeed
4. reboot the system
5. install KIS
Usually it does not help to disable KIS .
