May be your network environment does not allow answers to our measure pings. In this case cFosSpeed Traffic Shaping won't work.
So we recommend to check this in detail. Just ask your ISP if ICMP Traffic (pings and answers to pings) are allowed.
Of course you should also check if your router does allow such traffic.

Disable traffic shaping and connection go faster, calibration don't help
