what is the output of the cfospeed console command "spd speed"?

when enable Traffic Shaping my streaming by OBS UPLOAD is Spike Over Upload Speed (1.8 mbps) Periodically
my internet speed is 18/1.8 mbps
my setting on OBS video bitrate is 1.1 - 1.2 mbps
my setting on Cfos "Favor Ping time", "Game - Higher", "OBS - High"

if disable Traffic Shaping is fine but my gaming is higher ping 40 - 50ms when streaming

I think Cfos not compatible with OBS
