cfosspeed on windows 10 64 wifi

You can only use this feature if your WLAN hardware does support to setup a access point while you are connect to a wifi net with the same wifi adapter.

A common use case is, that you are connected to the Internet with a mobile connection (UMTS or LTE) and then use cFosSpeed to build a wifi hotspot via the wifi access point features.

I've bought this great app,but I have a question about using it on a laptop connected to the internet through wi-fi only,and reading some of cfosspeed features there's one called wifi access point,how to set this feature?
I have cable 30mb(which is the best setting for this type of connection?)
