How to setup web server to acces from local clients

How do I need to setup the integrated web server of cfos speed to be able to access traffic shaping data from local clients (skin)? I know that I have to enter a password in the corresponding field on the configuration page but afterwards? What ports need to be opened for which programs (usually .exe files) in my firewall (GData firewall which is based on the built in Windows firewall).
