Did you try the latest cfosspeed beta version from https://cfos.de/beta ?

If you change the skin, does the file
C:\Users\WINDOWS_USER\AppData\Local\cFos\cFosSpeed\user_data.ini
also change?

Since lastest W10 update I have to reselect the skin after each boot?  Shocked
Just a question...
