In the meantime, I had contacted MyCommerce to request a refund, and after attempting to contact the developer (successful, or not), they have granted the refund.
it's a pity, but I could not activate the software, via the developers online servers.
I hope the developers sort themselves out, or get better, if they are off-line from illness.

Could any who knows the developers directly, and can contact them directrly, please let them know that:
1. New customers cannot activate their products.
2. The contact webform sub-systems appears to be broken.
Consequently new customers have no way of contacting the developers other than this forum.
As is evident, there has been no response, to date, to this topic.

Hello cFos Admins,
I cannot divine a better sub-forum to post in, and I so I'll post here:
1. New, paid, customer, of the cFos Personal Net + cFos Speed package.
2. Installed and tried to activate cFos Speed with the supplied retail serial, but the downloading of the activation keyfile fails with the error code:
(Note: the situation is the same, VPN, or no VPN and direct ISP, and there are no firewall issues).
3. Now the purpose of this particular post: The Support/Contact webform is broken, reporting the error:
4. That was double confirmed in a plain vanilla google chrome browser with absolutely no extensions installed.
Obviously I would like by activation keyfiles sent to me, but more importantly your contact mechanisms need to be fixed.
