Can't Register cfos

I live in the US, the sale of cfosSpeed took place via MyCommerce (Digital River), I was sent a license serial only, and I never seen the so called executable file called "key.cfosspeed ". I've tried to contact cFos Software for a month now (3 attempts), and they have not replied one single time. I can't get the proper help from My Commerce, and zero response from cFos through support at their web site.
