Bluetooth networking Empty Bluetooth networking

When I swap to bluetooth tethered connection to my phone, cFos Speed hides itself and does not optimise this network traffic.
Is this because it was not visible when I installed cFos Speed, or because cFos Speed does not support bluetooth networks ?
