[cfos speed 10.51.2360] browser UI non-functional

I have the same problem with Windows 7 64 bit:
- Chrome v80: ERR_INVALID_HTTP_RESPONSE
- IE v11: pages open but without displaying any setting (and of course I cannot change anything).

cFosSpeed 10.51.2359, licensed.

Opens in IE but I cannot change any settings.
In Vivaldi and ChrEdge both display this error;

This page isn’t working
localhost sent an invalid response.

Windows 10 pro (1903)
Works fine in Vivaldi
Works fine in classic Edge
Opens in IE but I cannot change any settings.
Opens in Firefox but some items do not function, such as accessing the traffic shaping settings for the different connections.

Do you recommend I try the new Alpha ?
