Cannot uninstall/reinstall Cfos Speed 1200 Empty Cannot uninstall/reinstall Cfos Speed 1200

Hello,
I rebuild my PC , resintalled Win 10 Mb, CPU, memory ...
I try to install CFos but I receive an error popup :
Fatal Error in multilingual Support !

How to solve?
