I also tried 2445 yesterday, I had the same issue. After a reboot, the localhost seems have hanged, cannot see current connections nor can see the options.

yes latest beta build has problems, after first installation it is working fine, after restart window and settings options in the menu no longer available, but at least no more spd.exe crash and The cFosSpeed System Service service terminated unexpectedly errors in event viewer

I will have to roll back to the stable release, as I no longer am able to download 2444.
