[cFos Speed v1300] Data flow not being shown for some programs

OK. Just did a speed test in my browser (Vivaldi), and I also don't see any activity in cFos speed.

You can see from the screen capture (you may have to open it in a new tab if the forum does not scale it), that the network monitor in the bottom right is correctly showing activity while steam is downloading.
However in the cFos windows, steam is listed but not showing activity.


It is also notable that steam is set to low priority in the programs list, but insists on running at high priority.
