Ok, so deep diving the forum I've found out that
Code:
tx_bounce_cnt
decides how calibrated your line is, and apparently in order to up that counter to the maximum of 5 (guessing that's max), you need to hit your top speeds. Something about gigabit internet makes this very hard to accomplice compared to regular DSL connections. Maybe it's the high speeds? Anyway, setting
Code:
spd set tc_bounce_cnt 5
gives me 99% calibration which I'm content with. Not sure why it won't reach 100% though.

Code:
C:\Program Files\cFosSpeed>spd speed
Current shaper settings (v11.11.2504):
maxtxraw=119.4M  maxtxacked=119.4M  maxrx=121.9M  avg_time=4000
mindelay=5560  variance=2475  vari_fixed=1
reg_id=3  method=raw_ip (5)  pinger=udp_km3
voltxraw=16.15G  voltxacked=15.19G  volrx=18.86G  time_used=19m 55s
maxiplen=1500  rx_limit=inf  tx_limit=inf  inhibit_bridged=0
ping_cnt=1175  pong_cnt=1175 (100%)  burst_cnt=1
adapter=LAN  link speed: rx=125M tx=125M
router=up  medium=4  rx: 0/1048K  tx: 0/524.2K
txspeed=134.2M  fixed=0  tx_bounce_cnt=5  calibrated=99
tx delay=10000-13475  rx delay=20000-23499  delay_auto=1

Thanks for the writeup SHJordan, but I'm experiencing the same problems as RamboNTange does. I have 1000mbps/1000mbps and while shaping is enabled I get calibrated=0, but when shaping is disabled I get calibrated=100. I'm running the beta (11.11 build 2504) though because the latest stable version has a bug where you can't disable shaping.

With shaping on:

Code:
C:\Program Files\cFosSpeed>spd speed
Current shaper settings (v11.11.2504):
maxtxraw=119.2M  maxtxacked=119.2M  maxrx=121.8M  avg_time=4000
mindelay=4979  variance=2432  vari_fixed=1
reg_id=3  method=raw_ip (5)  pinger=udp_km3
voltxraw=7114M  voltxacked=6592M  volrx=10.02G  time_used=14m 15s
maxiplen=1500  rx_limit=inf  tx_limit=inf  inhibit_bridged=0
ping_cnt=617  pong_cnt=614 (99.5%)  burst_cnt=1
adapter=LAN  link speed: rx=125M tx=125M
router=up  medium=4  rx: 0/1048K  tx: 0/524.2K
txspeed=134.2M  fixed=0  tx_bounce_cnt=0  calibrated=0
tx delay=10000-17432  rx delay=20000-27432  delay_auto=1

With shaping off:

Code:
C:\Program Files\cFosSpeed>spd speed
Current shaper settings (v11.11.2504):
shaping is inactive
maxtxraw=119.2M  maxtxacked=119.2M  maxrx=121.8M  avg_time=4000
mindelay=5140  variance=2344  vari_fixed=1
reg_id=3  method=raw_ip (5)  pinger=udp_km3
voltxraw=7114M  voltxacked=6592M  volrx=10.02G  time_used=14m 40s
maxiplen=1500  rx_limit=inf  tx_limit=inf  inhibit_bridged=0
ping_cnt=623  pong_cnt=620 (99.5%)  burst_cnt=1
adapter=LAN  link speed: rx=125M tx=125M
router=up  medium=4  rx: 0/1048K  tx: 0/524.2K
txspeed=134.2M  fixed=0  tx_bounce_cnt=0  calibrated=100
tx delay=10000-13344  rx delay=20000-23368  delay_auto=1

It's entirely possible that it's a bug, because whenever I press "calibrate line" I can see it resets pongs sent/received and send/receive speed. But with calibration set to 0% while shaping is on I'm not at all certain cFosSpeed is doing anything at all..

EDIT: Also, I can't believe I've owned a cFosSpeed license for 12 years and only just now posted on the forum.. (Goes to show how stable cFosSpeed has been for over a decade)

I would like to ask for an official guide to configure cFosSpeed with this type of connection.
I am inclined to think this is a bug or limitation from the software (I am not sure), furthermore, I am also available to share any information needed to fix this bug.
I am using the latest version available at the moment (11.11.2502)

For those who have problems calibrating their lines:

  1. open up windows firewall advanced by running wf.msc
  2. go to incoming rules, sort by protocol
  3. enable all icpmv4 and icmpv6 rules.
  4. add spd.exe and cfosspeed.exe on both as allowed programs
  5. go to outgoing rules, sort by protocol
  6. enable all icpmv4 and icmpv6 rules.
  7. add spd.exe and cfosspeed.exe on both as allowed programs
  8. do re-calibrate
  9. go to fast.com and do some push, usually takes from 5 to 10 to get to 100%. If this helped you, please like so everyone can solve and see the power of cfosspeed. (tests were made using an unequal fiber connection 300/150mbps with consistent results)

That's it. Here are my results:
Code:
C:\Program Files\cFosSpeed>spd speed
Current shaper settings (v11.11.2504):
maxtxraw=20.43M  maxtxacked=20.42M  maxrx=40.63M  avg_time=4000
mindelay=8123  variance=6449  vari_fixed=0
reg_id=3  method=adaptive (8)  pinger=udp_km5
voltxraw=2982M  voltxacked=2875M  volrx=5672M  time_used=16m 40s
maxiplen=1500  rx_limit=inf  tx_limit=inf  inhibit_bridged=0
ping_cnt=1268  pong_cnt=1149 (90.6%)  burst_cnt=1
adapter=LAN  link speed: rx=125M tx=125M
txspeed=21.45M  fixed=0  tx_bounce_cnt=5  calibrated=100
tx delay=10000-17449  rx delay=20000-27522  delay_auto=1

I am sorry, at the very moment I cannot help as I am expecting a new Gigabit infrastructure.

I will get back to you, though, once this infrastructural change has been accomplished.

I have been experiencing a long-time issue that when any of my computers connected via ethernet while having a fiber internet connection the calibration level will stay at 0%. In previous times I have solved the issue by setting some parameters to some value (digging through the forums)
